Client Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sora Aerial Photography LLC (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

 

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Sora Aerial Photography agrees to provide professional drone photography and/or videography services as outlined in the specific project agreement or invoice. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Aerial photography (DJI and/or FPV drones)

  • Aerial videography (standard and cinematic)

  • Real estate, commercial, or event coverage

  • Edited deliverables including photos, videos, or reels

Any changes or additions to the agreed scope must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees.

 

2. DELIVERABLES & TIMELINE

Client will receive the following deliverables:

  • Edited photos or videos in high-resolution format

  • File delivery via private online link (Google Drive)

  • Delivery within 7 business days unless otherwise specified

Rush delivery options may be available at an additional cost.

 

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the location and coordinate any necessary permissions

  • Ensure compliance with local laws or property requirements

  • Clearly communicate the desired outcome or use of the content

If the Client is late or unresponsive, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or charge for lost time.

 

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY​

  • If a shoot is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, it will be rescheduled at the Client's convenience.

 

5. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of the service:

  • All digital content is non-refundable once delivered.

  • If the Client is unsatisfied with the deliverables, Sora Aerial Photography will offer one revision at no extra charge, provided feedback is submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

 

6. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

  • The Photographer may refuse to fly in unsafe conditions or restricted zones (per FAA regulations).

  • The Photographer is not responsible for flight restrictions, denied access to property, or delays caused by third parties.

 

7. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is due on the day of the shoot.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash or card.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS

  • Client will receive non-exclusive rights to use the delivered content for personal, commercial, or marketing use.

  • Sora Aerial Photography retains the right to use footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

9. LIABILITY WAIVER

The Photographer is insured and certified under FAA Part 107 regulations. Client agrees that the Photographer shall not be held liable for injury, property damage, or losses during the service, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties. No other understanding, statement, or promise shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
